Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to restore balance, and therefore health, because it brings the five elements of our being into a harmonious relationship with each other. Each of the five elements represents a state of matter; Earth, Air, Fire, Water and the mother of all elements Space. All of these elements manifest differently within each of us, and are constantly changing according to season, life stage, diet, etc. The Elements Yoga Studio encourages each practitioner to explore different styles of yoga, relative to the elements, to find a practice that manifests balance and harmony from within. Next Series starts this Monday, the 10th of March!
Since the first Monday of January was a snow day, the first day of the series is the second monday of every month. When there is a 5 week month, it will correct the snowday so we will start on the first week of the month again. We will make sure everyone knows when this class starts and ends until the schedule is back to normal. Next class series starts the 10th of March. The series after March will begin the first week of April, on the 7th of April.
