Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to restore balance, and therefore health, because it brings the five elements of our being into a harmonious relationship with each other. Each of the five elements represents a state of matter; Earth, Air, Fire, Water and the mother of all elements Space. All of these elements manifest differently within each of us, and are constantly changing according to season, life stage, diet, etc. The Elements Yoga Studio encourages each practitioner to explore different styles of yoga, relative to the elements, to find a practice that manifests balance and harmony from within.
